You can practice and interact with your Envision & Downtown Yoga community and invite friends and family from around the world to join the class with you - ALL within the comfort of your own home!

Monday Featured Class: Pilates-60

Pilates-60 is a powerful 60-minute mat class featuring most of the basic to advanced exercises in the repertoire created by Joseph Pilates. These classes take place in a group setting where you will use your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Each exercise will have a modification if needed, as well as a progression for those wishing to deepen their practice and challenge themselves.

Good for All Levels of Experience!

A few benefits of an ongoing Pilates practice include:

  • A stronger and more stabilizing core

  • Longer lengthened muscles and a better-toned physique

  • Improved posture and alignment

  • Decreased spinal pain and stiffness

Class Day / Time: Mondays 5:30pm CST

This class is suitable for all levels. If you sign up and for some reason miss, you will be emailed 24-hour access to the recording :)
