Dance Cardio with Elex

About the Class:
Dance Cardio, using the 305 Fitness method, is a 45 minute nonstop dance cardio with curated DJ mixes. Every class has a toning and sprint section where we focus on particular muscle groups in toning in addition to elevating the heart rate during our sprint section. The breakdown of class is as follows:
Warmup 10min
Choreography 15min
Toning 10min
Sprint 5min
Hip-hop 5min
Cool down
The class mostly utilizes body weight but weights or bands or gliders can be added to any toning section.
This class is suitable for all levels. If you sign up for Yin & Restorative and for some reason miss, you will be emailed 24-hour access to the recording :)
