BUKOKON YOGA Workshop: Explore the Primary Series
Budokon Yoga blends the fluidity of yoga with the precision of martial arts, creating a dynamic and intentional movement practice. Developed by Cameron Shayne in 2001, this style emphasizes controlled transitions rather than static holds, building strength, mobility, agility, and endurance.
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore the full 7-part Budokon Yoga Primary Series, breaking down its intelligent sequencing and movement patterns. Through repetition and precision, you’ll develop greater body awareness and control while refining your transitions between postures.
This workshop is ideal for yoga practitioners with some experience who are eager to expand their practice and explore Bukokon Yoga.
